  • Team breakfast
    27. September 2022

The team breakfast was held at bistro MINT in September, where the positive gastronomic experience gave us a nice start of a new and demanding week. We like to enjoy this time together as a team when we can slow down for a moment, celebrate colleaguesbirthdays and name days, and let them know we're thinking of them and here for them. We wish you Miriam, Janka and Mishel many beautiful and joyful days.

  • Volunteering at CSS prof. Karola Matulaya
    25. August 2022

Those of you who regularly read our blog know that the best teambuildings for our team are those that give us the opportunity to help others. On one hot August day, we enjoyed painting the playground for children with autism who will return to the Center of Social Services of Karol Matulay after the summer break.

  • Farewell and birthday breakfast
    11. August 2022

During the months of July and August, our team celebrated birthdays and name days and said goodbye to colleagues who are moving forward in their counseling careers. Change is necessary for development, and we enthusiastically support the development of potential. We wish our colleagues good luck, success and joy in their next journey.

  • Summer Teambuilding
    22. July 2022

Human Dynamic summer teambuilding is one of the most important activities for preserving our enriching relationships. At the beginning of July, we enjoyed each other's company, sharing delicious food, and positive energy for further collaboration as a team.

  • Birthday Breakfast
    19. July 2022

Birthday breakfast is one of our favorite and regular team activities. We are happy to enjoy delicious food and each other's company. It is a gift not only for the team, but also for the birthday people, whom we had quite a few in May and June. Dear Miriam, Dominika, Katarina and Pavel, best wishes and many happy days in the future!

  • Children’s Day at the Center of Social Services (CSS)
    18. July 2022

Children's Day is a beautiful international holiday for all children, no matter what handicap they have. They are all amazing, playful, full of joy and like to have fun. And it is precisely in this spirit that the Children's Day Celebration was held at the CSS Karol Matulay in Bratislava. Our colleague Katarína Síčová volunteered with the children and enjoyed the day immensely. We are happy to be able to contribute to children’s joy even with our small part.

  • Sport Day at the Center of Social Services (CSS)
    18. July 2022

Every year, the CSS Karol Matulay in Bratislava prepares sports games for its clients, who are mentally handicapped or autistic. It was a day of fun activities and competitions in running, table tennis and darts. Smaller children were wheelbarrowed by professional soldiers and the younger ones looked for balls in the sand or enjoyed a parachute game. Our colleagues Katarína Bogáňová and Emma Kiss Csala volunteered with the games and truly enjoyed this day full of joy and great performances. Thank you to CSS Karol Matulay for the opportunity to be a part of this event.

  • Strategic Day
    18. July 2022

One of our nice work 'duties' during our teambuilding in Valencia was a strategic meeting where we planned, discussed, enjoyed and thought about how to enrich our clients in the upcoming period. In addition to feeling like we were on vacation, we also gave each other the gift of gratitude. The Gallery of Gratitude is an opportunity to thank each person on the team by writing him/her the words of thanks. It something we do regularly and each time it is an amazing experience, which unites the team and strengthens our relationships.

  • The Power of Movement
    18. July 2022

The unconventional experience during this outdoor workshop brought our team a new dimension to the common perception of non-verbal communication. Through the movement of our own body and through our own experience, we learned how to perceive and understand the whole movement of the body in its complexity and uniqueness. It was surprising how we managed to relax and fully enjoy our own natural movement.

  • Teambuilding Valencia
    14. July 2022

We planned it for a long time. We waited for months. And finally, everything worked out. Teambuilding outside of Slovakia. Valencia became our choice - the city of football, great food, significant history and beautiful architecture. We spent three wonderful days together getting to know each other and living memorable moments. The main idea of this teambuilding was gratitude. We show it in the team often and the word “thank you” is part of our daily communication. However, bringing gratitude to our teambuilding had a completely different dimension. We have an amazing boss who sets an example for us and this amazing trip was a sign of her gratitude for our work. We are a happy and grateful team!

  • Charismatic Presentations
    6. May 2022

Training makes perfect! After two years of online development, we indulged in an intensive presentation skills training. The opportunity to stand in front of a live audience, experiencing eye contact, immediate feedback and the influx of energy during a dialogue with the group was immensely enjoyable. At Human Dynamic, we desire to be charismatic speakers and lecturers who bring to workshop participants an unconventional and unforgettable experience. Our gratitude goes to Tibor Kocsis for his unique workshop, his energy, perceptive insights and professional feedback to our skills development.

  • Autism
    6. May 2022

April is the World Autism Month. Every year on this occasion, the Karol Matulay Center for Social Services in Bratislava, who works with autistic clients, organizes a fun and interactive morning for kindergarten children to spread awareness about autism. Our colleague Katarína Bogáňová volunteered at the event and helped with bubbles. For the smaller children, the greatest fun was to chase the bubbles and for the bigger ones (including Katarina) to create them. Thank you for allowing Human Dynamic to take part of this delightful event!
