  • PF 2026
    31. December 2025

In our professional practice, we often listen to and address what has gone wrong in life – what feels difficult and brings sadness or anger. At the same time, this work gives us a unique insight into human resilience, the courage to grow, to work on oneself, and to push through toward more fulfilling chapters of life. As we enter the new year, we wish you that even in challenging moments, you continue to trust your inner strength. Let us be kind to ourselves and to others, notice the good within us, and remember that asking for help is not a failure, but a step forward.

  • More Love
    6. December 2025

As mental health professionals, we never underestimate the power of laughter, joy, and new experiences. When the initiative “More Love (Veľa lásky)” approached us to support their traditional event in Eastern Slovakia for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, it didn’t take much convincing. On the contrary, we are grateful that through our financial support we could contribute to a day full of music, creativity, self-expression, and togetherness ❤️

  • Benefit Concert with Fragile
    30. November 2025

Our annual benefit concert in support of the Integra Foundation turned this year into a celebration of a remarkable milestone: the completion of a project we supported together with you for many years. Thank you for the wonderful atmosphere and, above all, for your long-term cooperation and contributions, thanks to which nearly one hundred abandoned children were able to move into a safe home.

  • Tears of Joy: Praise Gate Reaches the Finish Line!
    29. November 2025

Moved when we first heard the news, moved when we were able to share it with the world, and moved again as we write this to you: Praise Gate Children’s Home project in Kenya, which we actively supported for several years, has reached a happy ending! At the end of November, dozens of abandoned children moved into a newly built facility where they can grow up safely – surrounded by people who truly care about them. As they moved from a temporary metal building into their long-dreamed-of rooms, they sang the entire time. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your support, help, and contributions! https://youtu.be/vwQXPxCsp_U

  • Fast & Furious: Miriam at the Slovakia Ring
    2. November 2025

Finding the perfect gift can be quite an alchemy. When our CEO celebrated a milestone birthday, we knew we wanted to give her an experience perfectly tailored to her taste – unusual, energetic, full of speed with just the right dose of adrenaline! We are happy we hit the bulls eye – she enjoyed driving the ride on a Ford Mustang at the Slovakia Ring with an enthusiasm that left many onlookers breathless. Wishing you all the best and full speed ahead, Miriam!

  • Autumn Rituals at HDE
    30. October 2025

Autumn can be a more demanding season for many of us – the days grow shorter, energy levels drop, and work pace tends to increase. That is why cultivating small rituals that help us recharge is very important. In our team, these include regular shared lunches or a traditional autumn dinner with a Slovak specialty - roast goose. These are moments that encourage us to slow down, relax, and enjoy good food and the company of colleagues. What are your team rituals?

  • Why It Make Sense to Help - Even from Afar
    20. September 2025

HDE shares a close relationship with the Integra Foundation. We are based at the same address, support several of their projects – some on a long-term basis, others as one-off initiatives – and together we organize our Annual Christmas Benefit Concert, whose proceeds go to one of the important missions they carry out around the world. One of our long-standing heartfelt projects is the completion of the Praise Gate Children’s Home in Kenya, which was recently visited by our CEO, Miriam Lachova. In a short interview, you can learn why support from Slovakia truly matters, what impact it has on the lives of children and the wider community, as well as how Miriam felt during her time in Kenya:

  • Summer Team Tradition: All-Day Teambuilding
    5. August 2025

Our time together by the water at the end of July reminded us how important it is to slow down, clear our minds, and simply be together – even outside the daily work routine. Big thanks to our team, as well as a special visit from colleagues abroad for the good mood, laughter, and meaningful conversations. Moments like these are an important boost for the work we do.

  • Vernisagge: Artists with Intellectual Disabilities and Autism
    26. June 2025

The long-lasting close relationship between Social Services Centre of Professor Karol Matulay and Human Dynamic Europe is not only about continuous collaboration and support, but above all about a heart and human level. Through volunteering, we’ve come to know many of their clients by name. We share memories, experiences, and always look forward to meeting again. That’s why we were proud to support a special art exhibition viewing, featuring art by people with intellectual disabilities and autism, organized in collaboration with Atelier Atrium in Brno and hosted at Café Scherz in Bratislava. The result? A collection of inspiring, fresh, and deeply moving artworks — many of which have now found their place in our offices and homes. Thank you!

  • Happy Birthday, Miriam!
    23. May 2025

It's wonderful to have the opportunity to meet as a team outside the office. Even more special is a shared lunch for the birthday celebration of one of us. This week, our CEO, Miriam Lacho, is celebrating, and we wholeheartedly wish her many more years filled with contentment, laughter, love, and energy!

The lunch brought together the internal team with external colleagues, current employees with former ones. We’re sending warm greetings to dozens of other colleagues in various cities and countries, and we hope that there will be an opportunity for in-person meetings in their regions soon!
