Petra is a professional leadership coach, lecturer and facilitator, who focuses on developing leaders operating in demanding and high-performance environments, with a particular emphasis on managing pressure, preventing burnout, and building sustainable performance. In her coaching practice, she works primarily with leaders who operate in environments characterized by high expectations, responsibility, and fast-paced work. She helps them recognize early signs of overload, effectively manage stress, and maintain energy, focus, and clarity in decision-making even during challenging periods. It is a great privilege for her to see that spark in her clients' eyes - that "aha" moment when they realize something important that shifts their perspective on life, work and future. With humility, enthusiasm and respect, she helps them step by step to create a better future, achieve goals and dreams, face ceilings and dilemmas, challenging relationships, big decisions and career crossroads. She consults in Slovak and English.
Petra is currently completing a specialized Burnout Coaching training led by Dr. Neha Sangwan, physician, author, and one of the world’s leading experts on the connection between communication, stress, and wellbeing in the workplace. She has completed several international coaching certifications, including Certified Executive Coach (USA), Breakthrough Coaching Advanced Practitioner (USA), Business Coaching Trained Coach (Slovakia), and Adler Advanced Professional Coach (Canada). She is a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a certified practitioner of the Facet5 psychometric assessment, accredited by the British Psychological Society, which she uses in individual leadership coaching as well as in team development work. She is the author of the three-month accredited program Leader as a Coach, dedicated to developing a coaching mindset and practical coaching skills in management. Before starting her coaching career, she worked in HR and organizational development within international companies including Amazon, rePlan/ERM, Northwater Capital Management, and Metrix Group, both in Toronto and Bratislava.
“It gives me enormous satisfaction when I see that spark in my client’s eyes, the “aha” moment, when she figures out something important that changes her outlook on life, work and future. The fact that I have the opportunity to walk along these moments with my clients, co-creating a better, more joyful future, helping them reach goals and dreams, facing closed doors, dilemmas, conflictual relationships, big decisions and life crossroads – this is a great privilege that I welcome with humility, honor and respect. Let’s do this!”
