Soňa is a psychotherapist, coach, and trainer. In her therapeutic practice, she provides counselling to clients aged 16 and older, including adults and seniors. She specializes in both individual and couples’ therapy. In her clinical practice, she primarily focuses on helping clients manage anxiety, burnout, health-related challenges, and psychosomatic conditions. She also specializes in topics related to parenthood and motherhood, including fertility and conception, pregnancy, and the postpartum period. In addition, she supports women as they prepare for maternity leave and during their transition back to work. Soňa also provides business coaching and support in navigating challenging workplace situations. Her areas of expertise include effective communication, conflict resolution, time and priority management, personal development, setting healthy boundaries, and building self-esteem. She helps clients find greater meaning in both their professional and personal lives while learning to work with and manage their personal energy. Family and relationship counselling for couples is also an integral part of her practice.

In her work with clients, she integrates approaches from systemic therapy, hypnosis, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and coaching. She believes these methods help bring greater structure into people's lives, identify new sources of stability, and support clients in achieving their personal goals, aspirations, and vision for their lives. She takes an individual approach to every client, creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment where clients can openly explore difficult life situations. Her practice also incorporates hypnotherapy, guided imagery, goal visualization, suggestion recordings, and meditation. She uses aromatherapy as a complementary tool to create a calming atmosphere and help relieve tension. She provides counselling in both Czech and Slovak.
