Psychotherapist and art therapist Michaela works with relationship issues, self-esteem, inner resources and motivation. She provides individual, couple, family and group therapies, in which she helps her clients navigate in situations with a lack of satisfaction in both short and long term, to inspect them and change them. Michaela uses the Classical Integrated Psychotherapy of Ferdinand Knobloch and the Family Therapy of Virginia Satir. In her practice, she combines techniques of meditation, art therapy, drama therapy, coaching, mindfulness and more. She helps clients come back to themselves and look for ways to realize their desires and wishes. As every person is unique, Michaela chooses techniques and approaches suitable for each individual. Clients most often seek counseling in areas of self-esteem, relationships, self-development, depression, anxiety, self-harm and others. She is inspired by the joy of her clients' progress and change. She consults in Czech.

Michaela received her Master's Degree in Art Education at the University of Hradec Králové. She develops her professional competencies through regular supervision. She is currently finishing a five-year long-term training in Integrated Kno-Sa-Le Psychotherapy at the University of Ostrava. This training combines the Classical Psychotherapy of Ferdinand Knobloch, the Family Therapy of Virginia Satir, and contains elements of imaginations and meditations of H. C. Leuner. She completed the Sandplay course; one-year training in Coaching with doc. PhD. Dr. Mgr. Radvan Bahbouh, two-year training in Art Therapy and Artephiletics with PhD. Mariana Štefančíková, four-year retraining course in Graphology, Psychology for Graphologists and Depth Psychology, and one-year study and self-experience training in the Art Therapy Studio - Psychology at the University of South Bohemia. She worked for two years as an assistant psychologist and art coach at self-experience weekends and art coaching seminars in the studio of Psychology of Joy with PhD. Ing. Eva Boháčková. She has been coaching since 2012, art therapist since 2020, and psychotherapist since 2024. She is a candidate member of the Czech Association for Psychotherapy.
