Daniela is a psychotherapist, crisis intervention specialist, and special educator. Her psychotherapeutic practice is based on the Solution Focused approach, which she further develops within the continuous professional education. She also draws on valuable knowledge and experience from the field of crisis intervention, which allows her to respond sensitively in challenging life situations. As part of her psychotherapeutic work, she accompanies children, adolescents and adults; she also works with couples and families. In her psychotherapeutic practice, she focuses primarily on: relationship problems, emotional difficulties, experiencing anxiety, insecurity and weakened self-relationship, crisis periods and stressful life situations, topics of self-concept, identity and inner experience, personal development and finding one's own resources.
She is based on a respectful, partner-like and safe relationship. She believes that every person carries inner resources to cope with their difficulties, even if they may be difficult to access at a given moment. She focuses on what already works and, together with the client, looks for small, specific steps that can lead to the desired change. At the same time, she is able to be with the client in situations when they feel that nothing is helping or that they have found themselves at a point of no return. In such moments, she offers a safe space for stopping, understanding and gradually rediscovering a direction that is bearable and meaningful for the client. In crisis intervention, she works sensitively, structurally and with an emphasis on stabilization, safety and orientation in a challenging situation. She is inspired by the uniqueness of each human story and the opportunity to be in a psychotherapeutic process in which relief, understanding and a new direction gradually appear in quiet, small shifts. She believes in change that does not have to be big to be real. She consults in the Czech language.
Daniela has been working in the helping professions since 2009. In addition to psychotherapy, she has been working in the field of special education counseling since 2015.
