Zuzana is as a clinical psychologist, psychotherapist, coach and lecturer who provides individual therapy for adults and youth from the age of 16. Her goal is to help people find inner balance, deal with anxiety and stress, and learn to experience life with greater courage, ease and joy. She believes that life is not about perfection – it is about the freedom to be yourself. She also helps clients in areas of self-worth, low self-esteem, increasing performance and productivity, work-life balance and others. She continuously develops in various psychotherapeutic directions and brings modern, scientifically based approaches and techniques to therapy. Every person is unique; therefore, she approaches clients individually, with the aim not only overcome their difficulties, but achieve permanent changes. She consults in Slovak.
Zuzana graduated in Psychology at the University of Constantine the Philosopher in Nitra and has been providing counseling since 2017. She completed various trainings and courses: Training in Psychotraumatology and EMDR, Training in Emotion-Focused Therapy, Neuropsychotherapy - The Use of Neuroscience in Psychotherapy, Neuropsychology - Basics and Practice, Certification Study Program in Certified Psychotherapy, Long-Term Training in Systemic Psychotherapy, Specialization Study in Clinical Psychology at the Slovak University of Health Sciences, Hypnosis and Autogenic Training Course, ICF Internationally Certified Coaching Training BCTC (Business Coaching College), Basics of Schema Therapy, Rorschach Method – Exner Comprehensive System, Specifics of Working with Clients with Eating Disorders, Working with Emotions – Regret, Shame and Humiliation, Elements of CBT Approach, Art Therapy and many more. She is registered with the Slovak Chamber of Psychologists.
