Radka is a psychotherapist since 2020 and in helping professions, counseling, and social work since 2006. She works with adult and adolescent clients from the age of 16 and provides individual consultations in Czech. She most often focuses on relationship topics, topics related to life satisfaction, life direction, coping with difficult events in life, etc. In counseling, she bases her work on postmodern philosophy and a solution-focused approach. With clients, she focuses on their desires and is interested in the changes they want to achieve in their lives. She helps to discover existing resources, supports their growth and use on the path to a preferred future. An individual approach, respect, hope, creativity, and humanity are founding premises of her work. Her main inspiration is the principles of a solution-focused approach and also the clients themselves, their wishes, resources, and life stories.
Radka received her Bachelor's Degree in Media Studies and Journalism, Social Policy and Social Work at the Masaryk University in Brno and Master's Degree in Public Policy and Human Resources also at the Masaryk University. She completed the comprehensive psychotherapeutic training "Solutions Focus" in Solution-Focused Psychotherapy (710 hrs.) at the Dalet Institute and training in Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy. She is also a participant in the supervisory training: Solution-Focused Supervision and Coaching (410 hrs.) at the Dalet Institute. She received additional education and training: Solution-Focused Meditation Techniques, The Art of Dialogue: An Introduction to the Basics of Solution-Focused Mediation and Facilitation Techniques in the Context of Social Work, Working With Emotions and Experiential Techniques within A Solution-Focused Approach, Possibilities of Using Elements of Art Therapy Techniques within a Solution-Focused Approach in Context. She is a member of the Czech Association for Psychotherapy and a member of the Czech Association for Supervision.
