Jana's profession is a psychotherapist, supervisor and social worker. She has been providing psychotherapy and counselling since 2014 and has been working in the field of social services since 2003. She offers counseling for families with children, children, adolescents and adults in the Czech language with the focus on personal, relational, developmental, existential topics, and many others. Sessions can take place individually or in a group. The basis of her work is the Solution-Focused Approach. When working with clients, she offers a safe space to find and develop a path to a more satisfied life. In counseling, she respects the uniqueness of the person she meets. She sees it as important that in therapy people can become aware of, use or strengthen their abilities and skills, their uniqueness, and as a result can move towards a more satisfied life. Jana believes in the hope that change is possible. She searches for, finds and supports this hope together with her clients in their life journeys.

Jana completed the long-term psychotherapy training Solution Focus - Comprehensive Training in Counseling and Solution-Focused therapy through DALET institute in Czech Republic (accredited training approved by the Czech Psychological Society in a total of 710 hours). She works under regular supervision. When working with children, adolescents and families, she uses the Kids' Skills method. She also completed training in Solution-Focused Meditation Technique, and offers meditation techniques and exercises for calming the mind and body. She is also a graduate of the training in Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy - the Use of Direct and Indirect Suggestions in Co-Creating Solutions with Clients. She therefore offers various hypnotherapeutic experiential methods of therapy. She is currently a participant in the supervisory training Solution-Oriented Supervision and Coaching (DALET institute in a total of 430 hours). Since 2021, she has been working in the social services Family Support (P-centrum, an association in Olomouc), where together with children and families she helps look for ways to deal with relationship, parenting and personal difficulties. She has 10 years of experience in the field of social services in the position of social services quality methodology and has completed various training courses focused on the quality of social services, service management and working with people. She is a member of the Czech Association for Psychotherapy.
