Károly received his Master’s Degree in Psychology from Eötvös Loránd University. Károly specializes in leadership development, executive coaching, organizational development, individual counseling, mentoring and career counseling. He graduated from the Eötvös Loránd University and is a certified psychologist since 1981. He is a certified executive coach for more than 10 years from the Hungarian Coaching Psychology Association. Karoly is a certified HR professional from 2000 from the Central European University IMC in HR Management, he studied human synergistic international, is accredited LSI, LI, OCI trainer and consultant since 2008. He is an accredited Insights and Development Trainer and Consultant since 2000. He studied Gestalt therapy and individual and group personality development techniques in the groups of Frank D. Cardelelle in the US from 1985-1993. He has more than 30 years of experience with leadership development, leadership training (individual and group), organizational development and consulting. For more than 30 years, he has experience with personality development and self-awareness (individual and group development). Károly has been involved in executive coaching and mentoring, HR staff development and selection, and career counseling for more than 20 years. He uses methods of the Person-Centered Approach (PCA), openness and acceptance. He consults in Hungarian and English.
