Ákos is a counseling psychologist who specializes in stress management, self-awareness, developing self-confidence, self-image and self-assertion, problems related to anxiety (social anxiety, performance anxiety), conflict management (workplace and personal life conflicts), family and relationship problems, dealing with breakups and infidelity, experiencing the negative aspects of loneliness, and life obstacles (such as career planning, finding a partner, permanent singleness). He also focuses on working with young adults, development of communication skills, career counseling, treatment of burnout and lack of motivation. He helps with establishing a balance between work and private life, difficulty with dieting, weight control, creating a healthy daily routine for long-term physical and mental health, difficulty in creating healthy habits, difficulty in leaving health-damaging habits and learning relaxation techniques - autogenic training and meditation. He received his Master’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Szeged, Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Pécs, and Counseling Psychologist Training from ELTE. He has other professional and method-specific training courses: Transformative Mediation, Partners Hungary Foundation (12/2/2023/PED), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Training (2017), Relaxation Autogenic Training (2016), Coaching Techniques from AL&E Consulting (2014) and Family Identity.
