Blanka is a counseling psychologist who helps with difficulties with self-evaluation, lack of self-confidence, mental blocks in life management and crisis situations. She focuses on various relationship difficulties (marital and family situations), personal and social adjustment difficulties, communication difficulties, intercultural adjustment difficulties and traveling abroad and returning home. She specializes on conflict management, career decision-making and changes, transitions between school-work-retirement, stress management, burnout prevention and lifestyle change support. She completed her studies as a Behavioral Analyst (Károli Gáspár University in 2018), as a Psychologist (Károli Gáspár University in 2021) and Counseling Psychology postgradual training (Eötvös Lóránd Univesity in 2022). She has other professional and method-specific training courses: Individual Psychology Training from the Hungarian Association of Individual Psychology (2022 – 2023), Individual Psychology self-knowledge training, 150 hours from the Hungarian Association of Individual Psychology (2021 – 2022), Counseling Psychology Master’s Degree Exchange at the Handong Global University in South Korea (2020), Counselling Skills Intense Course at the Calvin University in Michigan, USA (2020), and Counseling Psychology Bachelor’s Degree Exchange semester at the Handong Global University in South Korea (2017).  Blanka consults in Hungarian and English.
