Zuzana is part of the Human Dynamic Europe organizational team as an EAP Consultant, Crisis Responder and Career Counselor. She provides individual career counseling to adults and teenagers, helping clients better understand their work preferences, navigate career options, and effectively plan their further professional development. In counseling, she uses practical tools and methodologies that support decision-making, self-knowledge, and career direction. In addition, she provides critical intervention to clients on the 24/7 hotline, as well as regular EAP support to company’s clients.
Zuzana is completing her Master’s Degree from the Faculty of Social Sciences in Trnava. She received her Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Project Management from the Effective Business School in Prague. In the field of finance, she completed various trainings and exams under the National Bank of Slovakia. She also completed the accredited Crisis Intervention Course for Helping Professions in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, as well as accredited training in career counseling focused on working with individuals to identify their professional goals, skills, and employment opportunities.
She gained several years of experience as the Sales Department Manager, where she was in charge of contact with suppliers and customers, logistics, e-shop, administration, accounting, warehouse management and business system. In the past, she also worked in the healthcare sector, where she cared for patients and learned to function and manage work in a demanding and stressful environment. As part of the Erasmus+ project, she also enriched her experience and knowledge by working in a hospital in Nové Město na Moravě in the Czech Republic at the Neurological and Traumatology department.
