Kateřina received her Master’s Degree in Special Education at the Faculty of Education of Charles University in Prague. After completing her studies, she started working as a speech therapist, focused on working with children and adults, and at the same time as a special aphasia therapist. The issue of stuttering became the center of her interest, which led Kateřina to a greater desire to better understand people, their behavior and thinking. Currently, she is completing her long-term psychotherapeutic training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy at Odyssea - the International Institute of CBT. She uses this approach in counseling and therapy, creating a safe and non-judgmental space, in which clients can be themselves, where she approaches them with sensitivity and respect for their uniqueness. Together with the client, she tries to find a way to understand and resolve the clients’ issues, so that he can be satisfied, authentic and creative in life. She most often counsels the topics of anxiety, panic, depression, relationship problems, social phobia, agoraphobia, obsessive compulsive disorder and others. She consults in the Czech language.
