Petra graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Comenius University in Bratislava, the Faculty of Economics at the University of Economics in Bratislava and later completed postgraduate studies LL.M. at the CEMI Institute in Prague in Czech Republic. During her studies and shortly after graduation, she worked in advocacy and legal advisory. For more than 11 years, she worked in multinational corporations as an in-house lawyer, of which for more than 6 years she led a team of lawyers as a Legal Department Manager and Senior Manager of a team of lawyers for a telecommunications company. In 2015, she completed the International Coaching Federation accredited training and certification in Integrative Coaching, then started working as the internal coach of a telecommunications company. She also started organizing group coaching sessions for women. She received the ACC Coaching Certificate in 2017 and the PCC Coaching Certificate in 2021, having completed more than 700 hours of coaching. She has completed various other courses, such as Group and Team Business Coaching at Business Coaching College, Kids Skills at Dalet Institute, Brief Coaching Plus with Klára Giertlova, Couples Coaching with Katarína Baginová and certification as the certified consultant in innovative psychometrics Lumina Spark and Lumina Emotion.
In addition to coaching, Petra provides mediation to families and teams. In 2021, she completed the 200-hour mediator training at the Center for Further Education of the Comenius University. She has been registered in the Registry of Mediators for the Slovak Republic and is a member of the Slovak Association of Coaches, as well as the Association of Family Mediators of Slovakia (ARMS). She works as a coach and mediator in Bratislava in Slovak and English language.
