Milan received his Master’s Degree in Psychology at the Faculty of Arts of Palacký University in Olomouc. He completed several internships in the field of Human Resources and works as a school psychologist at a high school, where he provides both group and individual counseling for students and school staff. He completed the school psychologist course in primary and secondary schools, the Crisis Intervention Course and Integrative Coaching Training. He provides coaching and counseling in his private practice. He regularly participates in methodological meetings of school psychologists in Ostrava-Porubá and also attends individual supervision. During his work, Milan emphasizes the creation of a safe environment, which is the basis for high-quality counseling cooperation. He offers clients support in finding their own path in life and in overcoming the obstacles they encounter along the way. He consults in the Czech language.
